Manage sales strategies and drive sales teams to achieve annual sales target
Develop effective sales channels (HORECA, RT) to approach larger customers.
Identify, develop and expand business opportunities in existing and new customer located in responsible regions
Define and implement yearly business plans to customers in line with company objectives and strategy
Coaching and training sales skills to sales team
Prepare sales forecast and deliver accurate business performance reports to HOD timely

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Economics, Finance, Business administraion, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field, FMCG is prefered; at least 3 years as the same position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Willing to travel
