  • Job purpose: Responsible for ensuring an effective RTM strategy in-place and executed successfully in order to create differentiation and value to the market
  • Report to: National Market Execution Manager
  • Non subordinate

* Job Description:

  • Develop solid and optimized RTM Strategy to explore the potentiality of the market
  • Develop annual Business Plan for RTM Implementation in conjuntion with Commercial team and regional Market Execution team
  • Implement and adapt reality of "Optimized RTM Strategy" including of EDS Execution Management: Surveys, Reports, Routines; RTM Models; CSP Models; RTM Toolkits; RTM Dashboard; Distributor Development and Management Dashboard, by working closely with Regional Market Exeecution (RTM Co-ordinator) to assure that "RTM Execution Guidelines" fulfilment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done.
  • Generate/define RTM Metrics/Dashboard and Monitor distributor dashboard performance (P&L) vs approved KPIs/metrics, identifying best practices amongst regions, share through the system to help improvement of distributor operations development and management
  • Implementing coaching/training & sharing RTM Best Practice to regional Market Execution (RTM Co-ordinators) to continuously build RTM Capabilities/Process Implementation i.e. RTM Models; EDS Training; DOSA; P&L; Distributor Management System.
  • Conduct financial analysis (ROI) of RTM Process to be share with key stakeholders ; Control System in place to get region compliance on distributor management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Degree in Retail, Marketing or Business desirable
  • Necessary/must to have Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management experience - minimum of 3 years
  • Execution and Commercial Skills
  • Management of Routines to create process and system that provide mechanism to measure and adjust execution of strategies versus Business Plan
  • Communication to convey information, ideas and receive others communication extracting the intent and content
  • Understanding shopper behaviour, shopper insight across Beverage category
  • Understanding channel/outlet segmentation methodology and segmented execution approach
  • Understanding retail environment, trade characteristics, distributor management system, and able to identify and define RTM/CSS Strategy to address potentials
  • Able to develop profit story to support sales team to persuade retailer for PicOS implementation
