  • Managing the sale team aggressively and motivating the sale staff to continuously follow up the customer’s needs, changes, …
  • Approaching the customers in the skillful and smartly to open their demands.
  • Doing your best to achieve personal and sale team targets.
  • Contacting BOD promptly whenever needed to meet the customers’ requirement /market needs.
  • Represent only the interests of company in the defined market

Offer:

  • Basic salary from 30 – 45 mil VND/month

  • Salary increase from 5 – 15% yearly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 6 years in sale position and 3 years to be Sale Manager
  • Working B2B with customers.
  • Leading a sale team of minimum 3 staff
  • Sale target Achievement in Sale Manager position
  • Coordinating sale staff working well with each other
  • Science degree or higher in chemistry preferable
  • Good communication in English
  • Being good at Microsoft Office
  • Reading and learning English documents of Plastics, Additives & Pigment. Keep updating products’ applications
  • Being good at searching for customers’ info via many sources
  • Being Hard-working, patient to introduce the company’s products to customers and follow up well with the customers
  • Being good at collecting info and knowledge of marketing, additives and colorants for plastics 
  • Orienting the market applications suitable for our specific products
  • Prioritizing the customers’ needs to achieve the best sales turnover
  • Sharing marketing and technical information with sales team to strengthen our sales force
  • Being ready to spend more time working when necessary to fulfill jobs’ requirements
  • Willing to travel as per job requirements
