Mô tả Công việc

  • Implement and achieve monthly & annual Sales target set by the Manager
  • Be responsible for the markets and accounts assigned
  • Be responsible and supervise sales activities of the team. Build the sales planning for monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Update market price and also collect information of competitors
  • Collect and analyze relevant information of market in the scope of management for defining market demands
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop new customer for the company.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve the target
  • Conduct training / coaching on products, soft skills and working procedure
  • Prepare weekly planning and monthly sales reports.
  • Look for packaging suppliers, evaluate, negotiate the terms, select and ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance
  • Ensure that all company procedures and reporting systems are followed
  • Carry out additional assignment/plans to achieve team objectives
  • Make business trips in Vietnam and overseas.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from University
  • Age: 29 - 34
  • At least 5 years experiences in sales (Experienced in the Textile & Garment is a plus)
  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High initiative and passion. 
  • Good English (and Chinese is a plus)
  • Good Office computer and internet skills.
