  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability;
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and senior management;
  • Sets examples for sales executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits;
  • Insures that all sales executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes;
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives;
  • Provide continuous involvement in day-to-day business development, prospecting, networking, and sales generating activities. Must be hands on and lead by example;
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders with the goal of increasing sales;
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets in consultation with the executive management;
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospects requiring proposals, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin;
  • Assists sales executives in preparation of proposals and presentations and taking the lead if warranted;
  • Prepare action plans with individual sales executives for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
  • Conducts one-on-one review with sales executives in collaboration with the HR director to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales executives sales and activity performance;
  • Develop and present sales meetings and maximize every opportunity for more business;
  • Provides timely feedback to the executive management regarding performance
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines as set and agreed with the CEO and CFO;
  • Supervise sales executives when dealing high profile prospective buyers;
  • Monitor sales as they proceed and maintain information in the client database for future follow up;
  • Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve sales and service levels;
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up;
  • Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Processes paperwork and performs other duties; 
  • Keeping up to date with current trends in the local residential property market;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration University or relevant background.
  • At least six years experience for a role of Sales Management in real estate industry and three years in a Management position.
  • Excellent Leadership
  • Strong and effective communication, analytical and presentation skills;
  • Good communicator and genuinely like dealing with people;
  • Focused, organized and able to manage your time effectively;
  • Self-starter who can work alone but also within a team;
  • You pose outstanding relationship skills and demonstrated persuasion skills;
  • Able to handle several deals at the same time;
  • Presentable and approachable;
  • The type of person who gets a buzz out of negotiating;
  • Able to work under pressure to monthly targets;
  • Independent professional who is articulate and has an outgoing personality;
  • Comfortable working in a busy, competitive environment;
  • Able to remain positive and enthusiastic whatever the situation.
