Sales Responsibilities include:
- To manage, monitor, motivate the Sales team to meet Company’s sales target
- To give best training to sale staff base on Company policy and procedure
- To organize seminar and other promotional activities and events
- To gather and manage market & customer information and data
- To seek potential customers and create new selling channels, new partners and new selling relationship for Company
- To support junior staff in seeking and negotiating with potential customers and major actors for selling products.
- To provide pre-sale and after-sale support for customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, marketing campaign and other marketing activities to build the band name of product as well as band name of company in order to reach the sale target of company
- Support sales team to develop all promotional materials, organize and conduct seminar and events.
