Mô tả Công việc

  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry.
  • Forming sales strategies, tactics, and plans and setting out targets to keep the real estate platform competitive and innovative.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and assign duties and targets to the team.
  • Assign and equally distribute accounts to salespeople.
  • Keep records of sales associates' productivity and performance in daily basis.
  • Work with salespeople to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers in quarterly basis.
  • Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople
  • Interview and hire new sales associates.
  • Develop marketing strategies in accordance with Marketing Department and oversee advertising placement and budget.
  • Resolve disputes among salespeople.
  • Report on sales activities to top management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 10+ years of sales experience in real estate.
  • Proven sales track record in real estate or similar industries.
  • High degree of trend analysis in real estate, market monitoring, and result tracking.
  • Number-oriented individual with strong communication skills and well-developed business senses.
  • Managed a team of sales individuals more than 20.
  • BA / BS required. (Business, Economy, Marketing, Sales)
  • Excellent communicator and writer in English.
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing/Recruitment.
  • Interest or working experience in real estate or any classified websites is a plus.
