Mô tả Công việc

  • Visit new and existing customer and consultant to promote sales
  • Assess customer needs and potentials
  • Provide technical assistance to customers & consultants
  • Determine project cost and propose profit margin
  • Develop contract, negotiate contract terms and ensure contract terms meet company policies
  • Follow up payment schedule, and propose solution for any outstanding debt / overdue AR
  • Provide reports on request
  • Achieve sales and gross margin targets
  • Complete profit calculation sheet , quotation
  • Monitor the tender progress
  • Meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer by cooperating with AE (Application Engineer), After sales and Sales Admin Department
  • Ensure timeliness of order approval and that delivery schedule meets customer’s need
  • Arrange Gen-set inspection when needed
  • Monitor delivery schedule, guide customer on custom clearance
  • Visit customers; build and maintain positive customer relationship; receive and respond to any complaint;
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments and suppliers for troubleshooting; in order to maintain and improve customer relationships

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from Technical university
  • 2-4 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales
  • Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.   
  • Basic understanding of Foreign trade regulations
  • Familiar with basic financial metrics ( margin, Account Receivable  ...)
  • Technical project sales
