Job Description

The Sales Manager is to develop and implement all center’s sales policies, sales rules, new promotions, CFP  process to help the team achieve sales target and understand the means to achieving those goals is to recruit, train and  provide  constant  coaching  to the  new  ECs and developing ECs to reach  his/her personal target. The EC Sales Manager  is to compile, prepare and provide all the necessary inspiration, knowledge,  skills, tools, and system training, which will help the team become  successful  through  effective group training; 1:1 coaching and follow up through skills. The EC Sales Manager motivates the team so that the EC in the team stay engaged  and passionate to help others improve working skills. They  are responsible for CFP  establishment. They must assist in monthly/ quarterly/ weekly/ daily actions plans to achieve team’s sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consistent and reliable sales selling 8% of center’s target in contracts per month
  • Assist in organizing  and managing  the ECs  team’s  meeting,  training,  coaching  at weekly,  monthly  and quarterly.
  • Train the team to be proficient in sales presentations and CFP  follow up through with different customer and student’s types
  • Motivate, lead and manage  the team to achieve individual sales target and team’s sales target
  • Ensure  ECs  are handled  in an efficient, professional sales presentation with different customer’s types
  • Evaluate  the performance  of the team, individual EC by monitoring KPI, coaching, and holding formal and informal monthly evaluations. Give appropriate praise and/ or reprimand
  • Expertly handle and manage  poor and average performance EC to ensure  the progression  is taken place in performance management
  • Develop  and  conduct Senior  ECs Leader’s  training, team’s meeting, ECs Training  at quarterly  and annual plan with stay on track of implementation
  • Analyze key indicators to improve ECs  Team’s performance by setting goals and targets with each EC and Senior EC,  which go with specific action plan on how the EC need to achieve his/her sales target
  • Works with CFP  management  to ensure consistency growth of internal revenues
  • Responsible  for developing  EC team’s strategic plans to ensure team’s targets are met and business objectives accomplished
  • Develops,  oversees  and implements sales initiatives in the team to ensure the ECs  can accelerate well these tools to improve their performance reaching their target
  • Give feedbacks to CD for Center’s  marketing plan, initiative center’s  activities  to  build  Center’s awareness to impress students
  • Coaching the ECs  to take initiatives on their own to go with personal  prospecting to generate  more qualified shows
  • Act as the spokesperson for center’s event , presenter for center’s seminar presentation
  • Leading ECs  to organize logistics for center’s events
  • Help come up with monthly internal marketing strategy and then assist in its planning,  execution and follow up

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience with Sales & Sales Training in managerial level
  • Proficient in both written and oral English
  • Excellent organizational,  communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership/motivational  skills, training skills to stimulate others through ideas and information
  • Provides  excellent example of courtesy and understanding as related to services and support
  • Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively  present  information  and  respond  to questions  from  group  of prospects  at different social level and in public
  • Effective Time Management  skills
  • Leading and delegating skills
  • Judgment and discernment skills
  • Able to work independently  and is self-motivated
