To develop and lead the sales team of 7 to 10 sales force to achieve the Sales targets
Providing strong leadership and motivation to the team members
Monitoring and supervising the Sales production & activities
Coordinating with Marketing Department to build high quality potential customer base
Training sales force as daily task
Involving in sales process including negotiating, decision making missions
Practicing Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs
Direct report to Director of Sales
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3 year - experienced in Sales and 2 years in Sales Management position with proven records is an advantage
Can work under very high pressure
Good command of English is essential
Strong determination and self-motivated to success
Self-confident and strong personality, Well-presented.
Strong management, leadership skills with capability to manage, coach and motivate a team of salespeople.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and handle problems
Candidates experienced in a working sales environment with a can-do and positive attitude, commercial mind and belief in “working hard and playing hard”
