Mô tả Công việc

Sales Manager is responsible for selling standard & customized solutions to targeted customers
He/she will conduct consultative selling and must be very creative, flexible to offer customers a wide range of solutions such as: Real Estate Listings, Bank Listings (Objects), Banner Ads, Microsites, Integrated Marketing Campaign….

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares sales pitches and win to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual team sales targets
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets.
  • Find & identify new business opportunities by solving customer problems with MBND solutions.
  • Outside sales meetings at customer offices required.
  • Manage well his/her accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Manage well customer expectations before, during, and after the sale
  • Improve customer satisfaction with MBND and themselves.
  • Use company sales methodology, equipment, and systems to provide excellent information to customer and be efficient to place orders and deliver products and services.
  • Provide market and competitive information to Sales and Marketing depts.
  • Constantly provide suggestions for product and service improvement
  • Cross-sell with other sales teams within MBND
  • Share/cross sell with Ringier Vietnam Media Publications when appropriate

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduate from university/college.
  • A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”, proactive and aggressive in developing business.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, especially in Property, Telecommunication or Finance (Banking & Insurance), or Property-related Industries.
  • Work experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in previous sales roles. Hungry to work hard and make good money.
  • Great Negotiation & Presentation skills.
  • Great communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Good English skills (speaking and writing)
  • (Optional) CRM Experience
