Our client is a Japanese company, now is looking for a Sales Officer about Agricultural Machinery work in Bac Ninh, as detail:
- Make and propose sales plan and sales promotion actions for the territory in charge
- Follow up salesvisiting week dealers business plan and previous year results
- Keep dealer being loyalty with company business
- In case sales gap week plan, investigate the reason and propose actions to Sales Manager
- Carry out and utilizefully the sales promotion actions (convince dealers to make actions)
- Keep contact or visitcustomers, farmers, potential clients to find their requirement and sales opportunities
- In this manner, achieve sales plan for the territory in charge.
- Find dealer candidate following sales manager instruction
- Control PSI of each dealer and in case of lack or excess of dealer inventory, take necessary actions consulting with sales manager. Strictly manage retail sales of all dealers in the territory in charge: kind of customers, usage of machine,customer working area, so on.
- Check dealer stockcompared with company’s inventory data every time zone managers visit and incase of discrepancy (less units than company’s data), request dealer to pay according to contract and company's rules.
- Understand marketdemand/ market trend, make and update sales forecast for the territory in charge
- Interview with dealerprinciple or sales manager about market situation, competitor actions andrequest to company.
- When seeing company’machinery ontheir business trip, take photo and ask why purchased company model, purchasing priceetc.
- Make weekly report,business trip report to Sales manager and GM.
- Age:30 - 33 years old
- Experience:More than 4 years in technical sales
- Good communication in English
- Transportationto be provided
- 13th month salary is confirmed
