MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Coordinate & support sales of Greater China to grow the business effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrate sales department/sales operation/Int’l finance/Int’l marketing/logistic for effective work
  • Follow up orders/consolidate orders – cooperate with sales operation/Logistics
  • Follow up sales evolution vs Target
  • Rolling sales forecast - >80% accurate forecast received from sales team to ensure factories satisfy its demand of materials, packages and production etc. Analyze trend of the SFC Vs. actual sales & DA committed for assigning distributors.
  • Evaluate distributor’s competence Vs. market trend & market for assigning distributors.
  • Supervise sales of Greater China run smoothly such as PO, SC, shipping documents, term of LC, delivery schedule and labels regulatory etc for assigning distributors.
  • Interact with all relevant departments to solve business occurred issues & requirement to satisfy distributor’s request for assigning distributors.
  • Support distributors claim all kind of incentive, marketing fee based on actual, justified, punctual information from sales team provided for assigning distributors.
  • Set up DA annually and review business cooperation conditions & terms, sales target evaluation for assigning distributors.
  • Support sales team to review the business term relating to incoterms 2010 & shipping documents required in “Purchase Agreement” for key accounts of Greater China for assigning distributors.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Equipped with laptops and email internally.
  • Communicate and meet with internal business partners and their needs.
  • Communicate and liaise with recruitment vendors and/or providers and all government agencies, if require.

EXPECTATION RESULTS

  • Have a capability to propose solutions to solve any cases occurred without sales/shipments delay.
  • Provide best support to distributors of Greater China in time to grow the business effectively.
  • Satisfy customer’s request and the coordiation of relevant departments to streamline the process of sales.
  • Make sure all Distribution Agreement and conditions are accuracy in accordance with company policy.

REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

  • Qualification / Education : Bachelor
  • Relevant Experience: FCMG or relevant fields.
  • Language Spoken : Chinese, good English will be a plus
  • Good communication, able to work under tight schedule
  • At least 2-3 year experience
