• Provide sales training and coaching to the frontline.
• Support the frontline in the implementation, stabilization and sustainment of the TU Best Practices Tools, Alternative
• Sales & Delivery and other sales supporting projects
- Provide support to I&S Mangers in organizing training, presentations.
- Ensure BPTs and training material are available for sales both beverage and food.
- Support I&S Managers in making attractive Sales Toolkit presentation
- Support CD Director in consolidating and analysing reports to develop strategies
- Support VP Sales, CD Director and I&S Managers with ad-hocs
- Assist sales locations to ensure different TDMs/DRs using standardized and approved Best Practices Tools
- Assist sales locations to ensure different CRs/DRs using standardized and approved selling & working tools
• Degree in economics
• Knowledge of TU Best Practices Tools
• Strong Communication, training and presentation skills.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Good English and Computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills
