* JOB PURPOSE:
- Report to: National Capability Development Manager
- Developing sales capability development strategy and implementation plan within framework of commercial strategy by collaborating with all sales & marketing workfoce to design & adapt global training curriculum with local tailored-made training needs.
- Besides, developing annual sales training plan in conjunction with commercial, HR & regional marketing execution team based on specific training needs analysis for all salesforces (ASM level down), and overall commercial competencies needs are key tasks of this role.
* JOB DESCIPTION:
- Develop annual sales training plan in conjunction with commercial, HR & regional market execution team based on specific training needs analysis for all salesforces and overall commercial competencies needs.
- Design courses, develop training materials, Implement and adapt reality of “Sales Capability Development Plan" including nationwide commercial capability plan and local tailored-made training plan by working closely with Regional Market Execution to assure that "Segmented Execution Capability" fulfilment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done.
- Design sustainable Sales force Career Roadmap and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework.
- Design effective training & development tracking system in-place to identify key performers and prepare for succession planning within commercial department.
- Achieves sales traning operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing & completing action plans.
- Implemeting production, productivity, quality & customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining sales training system improvements, implementing sales training system improvements, implementing change.
- Determises training requirements by studying sales & marketing strategy plans and current sales results, conferring with sales executives, reviewing results of trainer coaching, evaluating training effectiveness

- Must have sales & sales capability development experience, minimum of 3 years
