FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):

As an Account Manager, your job is to work with CMG Asia’s clients to crystalize their marketing and communication plans and coordinate the execution of the same across online and offline channels. You are expected to be an experienced and functionally smart Account Manager who has worked within big-name advertising agencies and has extraordinary project management skills.

Abiding to a high-performance culture and focusing on great execution towards clear revenue generation, he/she contributes to the company’s top and bottom line by:

· Working with the client-side Brand Managers to crystalize marketing and communication planning;

· Structuring & project managing execution and providing clear timelines and regular status updates to clients;

· Working with Brand and CMG stakeholders to get things done on time, on budget and at the right quality;

· Handling day to day administration and operations of the Brandby coordinating with different service providers.Maintain brandproject management tools, work flows, meetings, minutes, estimates and records;

· Debrief on campaign / work performance towards objectives committed and sales generated. Generate insights on spending, engagement and provide optimization suggestions;

· Ensure Brand Managers are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed.

REPORTS TO: Head of Account Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& CRITICAL DRIVERS:

A.30% -Client Liaison&Agency Servicing

1) Develop a thorough understanding of the Client, its brand(s) and its competitive environment.Build strong relationships with the Client teams in order to permeate the same with business insights.

2) Work with Clients to crystalize Quarterly & monthly business and marketing objectives.

3) Work withClients to review, add in previous performance / agency insights and formalize quarterly and monthly marketing and communication plans. Define agency scope and budget for the same.

4) Create a project management structure around established marketing plans. Coordinate with different Production teams and outsourcing partners to further scope the different works streams.

5) Work with relevant Production teams and outsourcing partners to define a budget and timeline for work delivery. Execute Project Management structure to ensure Work-in-Progress updates and timely deliveries.

B. 40% - Execution &Stakeholder Management

1) Work with Clients to align on Production briefs and transfer ownership of execution of the same.

2) Work with different Production teams and outsourced parties to execute on scope of work defined with Clients.

3) Handle the day to day administration of the Agency work-in-progress and the operations surrounding the same, including managing complex workflows in order to deliver multi-channel communication plans in timely fashion.

4) Manage your team by delegating in an appropriate manner both up and down and keep team informed on work-in-progress, recognizing issues early and pre-empting them.

C. 20% – Client Reporting& Insight Generation

1) Work with Marketing Strategy & Business Intelligence in order to generate performance reports for the Client.

2) Present work-in-Progress updates, bottlenecks and scope changes / additions to the Client.

3) Produce ad-hoc reports or updates as requested by any of the Client teams or Agency management.

4) Assess data and reports generated, market information available and empirical observation of the Client’s business to generate insights and / or advice on improvements to implement.

D. 10% - Building Team & Culture

1) Recruitment: Define org structure, identify gaps and recruit ‘A Players’ capable of adding further to the team.

2) Training & Development: regularly hold training to Clients on different channels, insights or processes. Attend all relevant training from Client side. Instill readiness and routine into Account team by creating “scripted action” training.

3) Succession Planning: Ensure an effective succession plan is in place to accommodate the growth of the team. Work with the management team to keep the succession plans current.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS:

-  Fluent communication in English

-  University Degree.

-  Enthusiastic, resilient and an excellent relationship builder. Tactful when dealing with delicate realities.

-  Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a directly relevant role, with demonstrated success shown.

-  Generally interested in all sorts of industries and able todevelop a genuine interest on Clients’ businesses.

-  Extremely process driven and able to easily understand and develop processes.

-  Ability to take complex ideas / concepts and turn them into simple and executable plans.

-  Thorough understanding and ability to manage the financial aspects of the job.

-  High enjoyment derived from managing projects through to completion, thriving on working to deadlines, and always apt for a new challenge.

 

The following skills and experiences are well regarded but not necessary:

-  Extensive experience in digital, CRM and events will be an advantage.

-  Experience in dealing with sales teams.

-  Experience on client side dealing with agencies and/or

-  Experience in an advertising, media, digital or PR agency
