Who you are

  • A Senior Account Manager – New Business is responsible for his/her individual targets, as well as selling standard & strategic HR solutions to NEW customers.
  • He/she will conduct consultative selling and must be very creative, flexible to offer customers a wide range of solutions such as: Job Posting, Banner Ads, Talent Driver, Talent Solution etc.

What you will do

  • Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Find & identify new business opportunities by solving customer problems with CareerBuilder solutions.
  • Frequent client meetings required.
  • Improve customer satisfaction with CareerBuilder.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve team sales targets.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduate from university/college.
  • A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”, proactive and aggressive in developing new business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience at the same position. Hungry to work hard and make good money.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Good Negotiation & Presentation skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
