Mô tả Công việc

  • Investigate the current employee statement to develop more competitive to increase the talent retention with high tolerance retention ratio.
  • Assistant manager in analyzing current compensation & benefit package to develop more competitive strategies to attract candidates including but not limited Policy of compensation & benefits, policy of travel; policy of insurance; policy of training….
  • Create motivate working environment for employees timely by improvement the company benefits and activities.
  • Recognize store hi-potential talents via internal promoted assessment, advise to Related manager level up with Business Affairs Manager/ Chief Representative on manpower arrangement of company and below.
  • Support Business Affairs Manager in implementation of leadership competence for company if any or any related human resource programs to be explored by company.
  • Work with Related manager(s) of region or across region to update staff in store all chances of career movement and development.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of post training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee retention issues.
  • Cascade all employee engagement programs (values, wellness, inspirational programs)
  • Organize workshop, talk-show, discussion to embed store team on values and orient store team behaviors to demonstrate core values.
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs. In addition, conduct analysis of compensation & benefit within company if any. Scan candidate’s profiles and arrange the interview independently or combine with related managers as 1st interview round.
  • Dealing with candidate for offering condition, make offer letter, resignation & labor contract, annex contract if any. Oversee competitive analysis, merit increase and salary structure to offer qualified candidates competitively.
  • Process the exist interview if any to find out the root cause, analyze the root cause, do the proposal of more competition to managers for improvement.
  • Regularly processing the human resource orientation, education & updated new labor law to employees.
  • Forecast budget for salary & incentive increases.
  • Collect the training materials, analyze it to find out the necessary step in training.
  • Coordinate with Commercial excellent manager regarding field force training program continuously & other department heads to develop training for each team.
  • All other assigned work from managerial levels if any.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree in human resource university or any related universities acceptable. 
  • Well understand about Vietnamese labor law is mandatory 
  • At least 4-5 years in direct human resource work with similar job holder (exclude other experience if any) in multi nation enterprises; pharmaceutical companies is more preferable. 
  • Proficiency in English skill (Speaking, writing, listening as well) 
  • Literacy of computer skill (Work, excel & power point) is necessary.
  • Able to go business trip.
