Mô tả Công việc

  • Developing and execute a strategy for project sales development and ensure expected sales revenue;
  • Oversee project sales activities/campaigns in Northern market.
  • Be present the Company on dealing with customers, stake-holders, investors, constructors, consultants
  • Provide market driven direction and feedback to GD on enhancing positioning of the project sales market as well as conduct ongoing completive analysis...
  • Establish & maintain active project sales relationships
  • Prepare, negotiate & manage selling agreements with external selling partners
  • Educate external selling partners on pricing, projects and commercial advancement.
  • Act as a leader coach/ trainer/ reference point for project sales team on project sales management and implementation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University or higher education preferable on technical science (Mechanical or Building Engineering, architechture)
  • Experience of working in leading construction market and service;
  • Experience of managing and delivering similar project sales through to completion/ after-care.
  • Proven sales and closing skills
  • Experience of managing complexity project sales and account;
  • Experience with modern sales method and skills,
  • Outstanding communication skills that used to liasing with key decision maker on projects sales
