To provide an excellent quality of service to attract new and retain customers.
Work on requests according to the schedule given by the Sales Manager/Market Manager).
Assist clients from website and online cannel in suitable Service/ package for their requirement, included but not limited to land services, accommodation, transfers, air travel, rail tickets, car rentals, travel insurance
Provide competitive but profitable quotation, respond to online enquiries in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner within 24 hours or according to business needs
Follow up with the client and implementation of changes and special requests.
Ensure a minimum of 50% of all enquiries are converted into bookings by quick, detailed and accurate response per SOP ( Standard of Operation)
Ensure to deliver to clients a smooth Journey through out with high level of customer Service: Before trip – during trip and after trip.
Stay up-to-date with destinations news, products information in order to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate well with all cross function departments within Vietnam and regional offices.

3-5 years working at the same level
Understanding and experience working with direct clients
Have a proven records in Sales is a plus
Fluency in Microsoft Office, efficiency Computer skills
Excellency in English ( both speaking and writing skill)
Candinates has been study or living aboard is preferable
SKILL and QUALIFICATIONS
University graduation or above
Flexible ad able to work with changing priorities
Effective negotiation skills and close deal skills
Willing to work overtime and under high pressure.
Hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible.
Experience working with travel software is a plus
