Service Center Manager

Mô tả Công việc

• Manage material, AR and sales master data including update to related Departments about new/on-going client SKUs/ customers/ promotions,..; input data in ERP system; approve data entry and review and control data quality
• Handles routine outbound/inbound customer requests /orders /complaints /billing and products and services information in a manner, which provides the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle periodic “walk-in” customer service and sales providing quick and pleasant service to customers.
• Handle issues independently and provide technical support to call center in corporation with IT central
• Accurately enter all new customer information, existing customer orders and adjustments to insure proper, customer service, accounting of purchases, billing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide quick but pleasant telephone response and follow-up while maintaining a level of quality customer service, efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain and communicate current, accurate information on our pricing, products, promotions, and service procedures to our customers.
• Periodically handle special projects and /or outside promotional activities as assigned.
• Give feedback to direct reports on performance
• Identify the strengths and weakness of each direct report, work with HR to make development and career planning for each person
• Reach out to relevant department (SCM, sales, finance etc.), resolve complaint with relevant function; communicate solution to customer and close ticket

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
  • Experience in customer service field at least 5 years
  • FMCG distribution industry, supply chain management knowledge
  • Customer Service Minded
  • Customer Service satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and customer centric 
  • Good English skills (reading, speaking, writing, presentation)
  • Good in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
