- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Responsible for content management of 10 fan pages of well-known international fashion brands, together with Instagram, LinkedIn, Gplus…
- Feed in content and develop online contests and other engagement tools to drive brands awareness and fans
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to create content and manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Do the weekly report on the required metrics; give insight & recommendation to improve the growth of Fan page
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing
- At least 1 year experience at same position
- Understanding of social media universe including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Blogs, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both internally and appropriate for professional social media presence; strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of what type of content works best on what platform, optimizing content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform
-Experience in Fashion/ Cosmetics/ Luxury brands is a plus
- Language: Native Vietnamese, English - upper intermediate
