Mô tả Công việc

1. Talent development and management

  • Develop and implement talent strategy, talent attraction and development programs needed for the business success.
  • Designs and delivers talent management processes including talent review (assessment and identification).
  • Develops relationships with key leaders to review and refine the talent review process to identify opportunities for associate growth
  • Designs systems and processes to support the establishment of development plans.
  • Proactively work with business leaders to understand their challenges and needs to implement talent management solutions most valuable to their business.
  • Conduct external benchmarks to build and maintain expert knowledge of talent management practices.
  • Creatively anticipate and overcomes obstacles and barriers to delivering quality talent management services and solutions.
  • Identify and track of key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Partner with training section to develop a variety of training/ coaching and mentoring materials, tools and resources to support talent development 2. Manage employee relation issues.

2. Succession planning

  • Identifying key and critical positions with the competencies required for each position
  • Identify and manage succession strategy for key and critical positions
  • Develop the succession program for each successor to meet future business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of succession planning program for further development.

3. Employee career development

  • Develop a roadmap that enables employees in each function to acquire the skill set needed for their current job and for the future requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University Degree/ MBA. Human Resources Management/ Economics/ Business Administration related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in managerial position, specialized in staffing and talent management in a dynamic multinational working environment;
  • Passionate & role model in people development and game;
  • Fluent English.
  • Well-versed strategic planning;
  • Strong project management skill
  • Good communication and presentation skill;
  • Good human relations, patient and high leadership skills.
  • Good English speaking and writing skill
