Mô tả Công việc

ROLE

  • To lead and be the subject matter expert and though leader for talent management and performance management for group.
  • Will be required to actively drive the talent and performance management practice.
  • Role sits within the group level central of excellence driving the design and implementation of fit for purpose solutions and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage the framework of Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Career development plan and key talent/high-potential development to achieve business goals. (Benchmarking of central performance and KPI monitoring)
  • Take charge in designing and facilitating the Performance Management, Individual Career Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning processes for whole company.
  • Partner across HR Operations and subsidiaries talent to understand business strategies on Talent, Onboarding and Performance Management program design and related HR initiatives.
  • Establish operational excellence across the group Talent and Performance Management team to improve the quality and efficiency of business processes, system processes and decision making.
  • Partner with HR subsidiaries to facilitate communications and training activities that effectively translate Talent and Performance Management business process and systems into easily understandable programs.
  • Ability to listen, learn and creatively build solutions that are practical and effective for the business.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • Experiences in the field of policies or policy drafting (experience in compensation & benefits is a plus).
  • Connections  with various companies as sources for information required.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Computer skills – Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Project writing skills.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Insightful knowledge in HR policies, regulations and procedures
