A. POSITION SUMMARY
1. To identify and developed “new segment / applications / service etc” via products bundling, new launching, technological solution offerings or equipment handling services to match or exceed the current industries expectation. Develop “value added / solution focus” partnership with principals and customers.
2. Primarily focus into developing and increasing various internal service capabilities in order to deliver sustainable net operating revenue/principal sales budget.
B. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure products are registered and updated with required Authorities, as necessary.
2. To evaluate and propose suitability / alignment of new product within existing products portfolio / segment and suppliers in order to expand market depth and minimize conflicting product offering with current or potential new suppliers.
3. To collaborate with country stakeholder to organize and partake in technical conference talks, seminar, exhibition and customer days.
4. To undertake regular customer visits, conduct product trials, evaluate service offerings to ensure technical solutions are relevant to the industry.
5. To promote solution offerings with product demonstration to all prospective customers / applications with professionalism.
6. To work collaboratively with key principal’s technical team in identifying product solution / differentiation.
7. To submit periodic project report and activities plan to the Department/ Regional Managers.
8. To report and offer remedy any technical or quality problems encountered by customers and shared the experiences locally and regionally using CRM reporting.
9. To participate / conduct monthly VOIP discussion to share technical issues and challenges.
10. To develop product technical guides using SPIN Playbook as a framework for use by all commercial sales as a reference material.
11. To research, collate, analyse, compose and update market intelligence and database which provide clear statistical input of industry’s current and potential business, to support Managers and Principals formulate their sales strategy.
- Graduated from University
- 3-4 years Experience in selling products of Poultry, Vaccine, Animal Health.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- Good planning.
