· Work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop yearly training plans for the organization; with special focus on business and soft skills training.
· Deliver in-house training programs, for business and soft skills trainings, including orientation for new employees;
· Deploy a wide variety of training methods and improve the quality of training and development for Shopee employees
· Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
· Provide opportunities for ongoing development and conduct training interventions, coaching and process improvement initiatives for employee growth;
· Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary;
· Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices;
· Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross department initiatives;
· Take ownership of initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and ensure high quality training;
· Do other tasks relating Training and Development
· Good university degree
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
· At least 2-4 years of experience in adult education
· Independent, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines
· Passion for training and education
