Check orders status

To check your orders status, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Employer account.

Step 2: Select "My orders".

Step 3: In the “My orders” page, you can check the items related to the order as follows:

a. “In use”: See which orders you are currently using.

b. “Expired activation/ Used services”: View orders you have used or orders that have expired.
