Job Description

The role is to support Manager to manage the operation of Teller department. The main responsibilities include:

  • Support Manager to approve/ reject transaction, to provide instruction within delegated authority
  • Double check daily transaction and support other staff to fulfil their duties
  • Check, verify and approve daily transaction in Aither system
  • Check and reconcile transaction history reported by staff and give instructions to solve surplus and shortage of money
  • Cooperate with other departments to process transaction smoothly
  • Report to manager any concerns during performance
  • Represent the bank to contact/ consult customers relating to above mentioned services and other assigned activities of marketing

Job Requirement

  • University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);
  • At least 2 years of working experience in teller job
  • Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations
  • Previous cash handling experience would be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
