- Perform insurances related procedures for the client's staffs such as new registration; salary adjustment; decrease insurance; issuance, extension, return of health insurance card, returning the social insurance book for the employee to leave work...
- Check and reconcile monthly insurance reports with insurance authorities including social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, handle deviations and problems related to insurance with the insurance authorities.
- Carry out procedures of insurance benefits for employees such as: Maternity, sickness, convalescence, retirement ... from time to time depending on clients’ requests.
- Contact with clients directly to perform tasks when necessary
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Working location: Dist. 1, HCMC
- Working Time: 260–345USD
- Monthly Salary: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22 - 27
- Qualifications: Priority to university graduate or higher, preferably Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration
- English: Conversational Level
- Pretty good at using Word, Excel
- Experiences: Not require, but prefer candidates who have around 6 months experience working with social insurance activities
- Flexible, careful, enable to be independent or team work
