Position: Service Engineer - Machinery

Responsibility

・Provide technical service and advice to client.
・Negotiate and cooperate with clients about delivering product.
・Set up and install products at the client's factory.
・Coordinate with factories regarding repairing issues. Repair machines.
・Prepare repair reports and quotations.
・Submit report to Japanese Director/Vietnamese Manager.
・Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Working location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (sometimes work on Sat or Sun based on client's schedule))
- Monthly Salary: 400–650USD

Job Requirement

Requirements

・Education: College and above
・Gender: Male prefer
・Age: 22-30 years old
・Language: English conversational level (internal communication and reading the manual)
・Experience: More than 1 year experience as service engineer or technical engineer in manufacturing companies.

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Japanese skill
・Having working experiences in Japanese company

Personality
・Person who have strong motivation
・Proactive and energetic
