Position: Production Manager - Quản lý sản xuất - Household Goods
Job Code: 57886

Responsibility

• Be in charge of factory management and production planning.
• Ensure the safety of all employees working in the production department.
• Monitoring production plan, production structure and export process.
• Lead and promote the entire subordinates to plan and improve quality management.
• Encourage working atmosphere and motivation for all members so that they can fulfill their skills.
• Work with team and Supply Chain Management department to ensure stable inventory flow without any problems.
• Maintain and train subordinates about production procedures, processes and equipment.

- Working location: Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday, 3 Saturdays/ month) )
- Monthly Salary: 800–1,000USD

Job Requirement

Requirements

- Gender: Male Only
- Age: 32 - 40
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Technical or Engineering
- Language: Japanese or English - Conversational Level
- Experience: Having at least 3 years working experience at Production Management Level

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Prefer candidates who live in Binh Duong and can commute by themselves
