- Newly build, maintain and constantly improve human resource policies on salary, bonus, welfare, training, development, recruitment, ... in order to bring a better working environment;
- Set goals & strategic plans for human resource management to support the company's development;
- Consult as well as solve all HR issues in all departments and divisions;
- Proactively propose solutions in human resource issues in order to use human resources effectively.
- Control and manage all human resource activities such as recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance evaluation, discipline, ... in order to provide the best support service from employees. for the activities of the company;
- Coordinate and implement activities to ensure that all policies and regulations of the Company are implemented correctly.
- Mentor & coach staff to continuously improve their work and fulfill all the goals set by the company.
- Set up and control the budget of the Human Resources department.
- Working location: Soc Son, Ha Noi
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
- Age: 35 - 45. Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any major
- Experience: Have at least 3 years experience in the same position in Foreign Manufacturing companies (scale of total 700 people upwards)
- Language: English - More than Conversational Level (equivalent to TOEIC 600)
- Have good knowledge and experience in HR fields and good communication and leadership skills
- Strong, Flexible and Be able to handle different situations
