- Take responsibility and act for MT customer's sales growth, working directly with buyer, expand business in MT market, negotiate the yearly contract, promotion, display POSM - Manage and responsibility of the result trade, marketing activities in area managed - Implement MT channel plans, increase sales, expand the market, increase the display space in store - Achieve the company target, resolve customer complaints, - Handle logistics task, monitored stock inventory, manage company's assets in territory - Manage damage goods, near expire date product and suggest the solution for handling - Planning, conducting, manage sampling activities for increasing awareness in MT channel. - Analyzing data, monthly forecast for each SKUs, each MT customer, making sales report according to requirements by superiors - Training and coaching staff, maintain staff discipline, manage staff routine, - Keep sales team working correctly on the company's guidelines and criteria (visiting, coverage, drop size, visibility and availability) - Collecting information about competitors and report to superiors. - Build good internal & external relationships to maximize business opportunities such as internal department, sales staff, buyer, confectionary department manager, …
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College graduate and above ・Language: English - Conversational level ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-35 ・Experience: At least 1 year as MT Sales Supervisor in FMCG. ・Discipline followed. ・Sales and Staff Management <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Problem-solving skills ・Independent working skills ・Interpersonal skills. ・Market evaluation skills ・Pressure Endurance
