Position: Senior General Accountant - Real Estate | NV Kế toán - Ngành Bất động sản

Job Code: 85287

Responsibility

Job tasks will be assigned by Manager based on projects, including:

1) General Accountant staff for Real Estate company

- Check input invoices and supporting documents, prepare payments

- Checking and issue output invoice, following receipt collection

- Monthly book-keeping on accounting software, ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to regulations of accounting and

taxation.

- Check, prepare and submit monthly financial statement, tax declaration and finalization (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT) and other reports (loan report for SBV, report of investment project for DPI…) to team leader

- Work with other departments to obtain information and prepare annual budget/ monthly projection report

- Provide accounting data and supporting documents for audit, tax authority, bank

- Other tasks as required

2) Internal audit staff

- Perform tasks such as: review financial statement of invested companies, the compliances with prevailing regulations in terms of accounting, taxation, SHA/SPA and Reserved Matters under review plan and procedure, send review result report to team leader

- Support team leader to check annual budget and monthly cash flow projection of invested companies.

- Controls loan disbursements of invested companies.

- Other tasks as required

- Working location: CAU GIAY DIST., HA NOI

- Monthly Salary: 27,000,000～35,000,000VND

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University Graduation, bachelor’s degree in accounting required
・English Business Level (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
・Experience: Minimum 5 years experienced in accounting and auditing field
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel)
・Responsible, honest, careful, have time management skills and skills to work independently as well as in a team

<Preferred Skill / Experience >
Preference for candidates worked for Big 4; CPA or ACCA certificates.
