Job Description

Our company is seeking a qualified Account Executive who will be in charge of assisting our Account Management Department in managing customer accounts and act as a link between them and our company.

In this position, you will work closely with our Account Managers to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with fruitful advices and services. To success in this role, you should be a good listener with excellent communication skills and a customer oriented approach, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide best solutions.

Ultimately, the Account Executive’s duties are to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our company as a leader in the industry.

Job Requirement


  • Collaborate with colleagues to design creative solutions, create proposals and project timeline according to the standards discussed with clients.
  • Maintain and monitor project timeline, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Long hours are common, and work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
  • Remain in close communication with clients in your responsibilities to understand their needs and specifications.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
  • Keeping records and handling invoices.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related field of study.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other customer service role for market research company, agency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client – facing and teamwork skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Ms Power Point.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong passion for tourism and hospitality industry.
