Job Description

Manage OEM & Co-packing customer operation assigned; identify new business opportunities, maintain healthy new business pipeline, pursuit and successfully recruit new customers to ensure maximum utilization of the factory capabilities & support Dept. Manager in daily operation when needed

Business Development

Search for new business opportunities both in Vietnam & oversea using different networks, channels & resources
Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships in accordance with the company strategy
Present OEM & Copacking services to prospective customers
Contract negotiations and be a key player in administering contractual agreements with customers to ensure smooth contract implementation

Account Management

Fulfill own target to contribute to the Dept., and Company objectives achievement
Be a key player between internal departments and customers’ key stakeholders to ensure smooth OEM & Copacking operation
Monitor the contract implementation and operation of assigned customers to understand the customers’ needs in order to have proper supports and actions to provide the best services to customers
Build excellent relationships with the customers and maintain sustainable business cooperation
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Identifying short and long-term business opportunities & defining objectives for the account
Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/ data

Others:

Sometimes do the English & Vietnamese translation and interpretation if necessary (not frequent)
Prepare adhoc ad-hoc reports required by line manager

Job Requirement

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or relevants
3-5 year experience in Business Development & Account Management in multinational companies
Have B2B sales experience
Have experience in FMCG & OEM operation is a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint ect…
Customer-oriented & Problem solvingProblem-solving skills
Have an entrepreneur entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
Can do attitude
Advance spoken and written English skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the FMCG industry, have knowledge of OEM Manufacturing

Salary

Gross salary: VND 18,000,000 – 26,000,000/ month
Bonus: Twice per year (Sept. & Apr.), 13th-month salary bonus guaranteed
Working time: 08hrs/ day (08:00 – 17:00) from Monday to Friday
Holidays: National holidays, New Year holidays
Paid leave: 12 days per year
