Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international electronic component trading company. Our highly respected client is seeking an Account Manager with at least 5 years' experience in Engineering Manufacturing Service/ Semiconductor industry. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will create new sales opportunities and customer services in line with the company's demand creation growth objectives, meeting the sales and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle business opportunities and grow sales by building relationship and provide customer services for key account client

· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

· He should have extensive experience in selling electronic components to Telecom, Commercial, Industrial and military/aerospace industries.

· Establish and maintain communications between sales, marketing and other personnel as well as customer and suppliers

· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
