Job Description

  • Be responsible for managing, strategically developing and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch).
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on the brief and on budget.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered to its maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross-selling are identified.
  • Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized.
  • Pitch for new business and taking the lead on.
  • Prepare Presentation and pitch for business.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient.
  • Build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Develop networks at events and trade show to identify opportunities and develop business across the business' portfolio of services.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients' projects.
  • Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales.
  • Manage tradeshow-related and customer events;
  • Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company.
  • Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations.
  • Manage promotional campaigns related to events
  • Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables

Job Requirement

  • University degree in public relations, business management or another related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in event management;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Work independently and self-motivated and high integrity.
