Job Description

WORK LOCATION:

Solog warehouse, No.5, Truong Van Hai street, Long Binh Tan, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam

Work hour: Working on 2 shifts (6 working days and 1 day off a week as Manager’s arrangement)

Shift 1: 9 am – 6 pm

Shift 2: 8 pm – 4 am

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Activity Manager has general responsibility for coordinating and managing all warehouse activities on a daily basis.

The Activity Manager is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
  • Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
  • Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
  • Ensure stock rotate and stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA an MSDS standards.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Reach customer KPIs.
  • Contact and maintain good relationship with customers, vendors, suppliers, transporters.
  • Maintain team work, productive working environment.
  • Have ability to coach and promote team toward excellent operation.
  • Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years as warehouse supervisor in dynamic and high demanding environment.
  • Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management in 3PL
  • Good communication and problem solving skills (Customer complaint, people conflict, discipline and performance).
  • Time and job planning management.
  • Good command in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
  • Committed and willing to work overtime to meet customers’ demand.
