Job Description

- Purchase office supplies .

- Monitor the office facilities: taxi card, photocopier, fax machine, printer, meeting room booking and occupancy, etc. Work with provider for repair and maintenance when needed.

- Make expense claim on system

- Book hotel and flight ticket for staffs

- Organize company events such as Staff birthday, Christmas, Year-end party, company trip and other corporate meetings.

- Support to oversee and Office administer in tidy, clean, safe and good condition;

- Other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

-  Able to work independently, high teamwork and sense of responsibility

- Good English communication

-  Minimum 1 year experience in similar position

-  At least 01 year of experience thereof.

- Graduated from university with relevant faculty
