Job Description

* To be responsible for doing administrative works of the Operator department
- To sum TC targets
- Support to HR dept in recruitment process
- To make timekeeping report for Operation department.
- To be responsible for providing stationeries to the stores and Operations dept.
- Making a name tag for staff of the stores
- To sum and offered to pay for all expenses related to the activities of the Operations dept. and the stores.
- Make documents for dept
- Perform other duties as required by management
- Working hours: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday or as work requirement.

Job Requirement

* Key Performance Indicators:
- Timekeeping reports
- Monthly responsibility report.
- The administrative documents
* Education/ Training Qualifications: Business/ Office management
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of in similar position
* Knowledge of:
- Good English skills
- Good Computer skills
- Strong Team Player (ability to work across functions and departments)
- Skills (Ability to):
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple situation simultaneously
- Edit documents
