Job Description

WORK LOCATION: HKL Building, 154 - 156 Nguyen Huu Tho street, Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, HCMC (500m away from Nguyen Van Linh)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ordering stationeries and accessories of the Company as well as maintain make sure it‘s adequately; timely, costly and protected;
  • Registering bank account for all employees;
  • Doing accessories handover from termination employees;
  • Monitoring using materials, tools, equipment, electricity, water of the Company ensure saving and in maintenance;
  • Supervising hygiene, tidiness and safety of the offices ensure cleaning & in order;
  • Conduct event/activities of the Company such as birthday, year end party, team building,…

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Working time: from 9AM – 6PM from Monday to Friday;
  • Salary: Interested and paid 100% in probation period;

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from college at least
  • Have 6 months to 1 year of experience;
  • Good communicaton;
  • Communicative English;
  • Team work, problem solving skill, multi-tasking;
  • Good Microsoft Excel skill.
