Job Description

- Report to Vietnamese Operation General Manager
- Manage Admin, Accounting, Warehouse & Delivery Sections with 7 Staffs
- Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal admin tasks (P/O checking from Sales side, Business policy checking, Dealer contract checking)
  • Calculate sales bonus & cartridge bonus (payment to B2C sales & to dealers)
  • Monitor CRM. You will manage ""sales result data"" to analyze and report to BOD
  • Control Sales Loss Profit. Accounting send sales profit & expense data, you will analyze this data and meet with sales side to reach target together with Operation GM
  • Manage a small size operation (P/O final processing, warehouse, inventory control, delivery, cargo, collect money)
  • Work with suppliers directly by Japanese or English (price negotiation, delivery time, new product information, monthly report)
  • Communicate with factory in Japan and check delivery time based on sales plan. Monthly report to factory in Japan
  • Manage Admin, Accounting, Warehouse & Delivery teams by motivating and supporting the team members with respect and achieve the yearly and mid-term target such as operating profit.
  • Maintain good win/win relationships with the business partners and manage them.
  • Other assignments given by Operation General Manager.

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday & Saturday morning)

- Monthly Salary: 1,300–2,300USD

Job Requirement

- Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree
  • Language skills: English Business level
  • At least 5 years' proven working experience as Assistant to Chief Rep. or Managing Director, Operation Manager, or Admin Manager from either commodity sales business below:

a. Healthcare product sales to end-user
b. Beauty care product sales to end-user
c. Home appliance product sales to end-user

Notes: NOT come from factory, banking, insurance industries

  • Good business mindset, and strong number sense to analyze Sales Profit Loss (even expense control)
  • Fixated interest in establishing new business from scratch
  • Dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy
  • Conceptional and planning skills with a broad view
  • Communication, negotiation and human skills
  • Effective team and time management skills
  • Smart, quick action but also well-organized
  • Basic knowledge of software

- Preferable Requirements:

  • Language skills: Japanese Business level is a big advantage
  • Have sales experience will be the best
  • Used to work directly with Japanese and factory side

- Personalities:

  • Open and honest, customer-oriented, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative and accountable
