Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Administer effective delegation in all departments. Establish clear and accountable guidelines (SOP) and authority levels so as to enable direct and efficient decisions to be made.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Organize business travels as accommodation/ ticket/ travel document/travel expense claim arrangement.
Liaise with the landlord, cleaning service agency, office suppliers and contractors.
Procure office supplies and goods.
Assist in collecting Invoice/Receipts and submit to responsible managers for signing.
At least 4 year of experience of related jobs.
Good command of English.
Proficient in MS Office
