Employment Information

Job Description

  1. Receive incoming calls, welcome guests
  2. Mornitor incoming anf outgoing mails
  3. Manage stationaries, cars, meeting rooms
  4. Book hotel, air ticket for employees and guest if required
  5. Check, file and manage all types of admin documents such as service contract from suppliers
  6. Keep track and take care all of office equipment (office machine, furniture...), contact with suppliers when problems occur.
  7. General expense management (check bill, invoice, debit note)
  8. Other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree, any fields
  2. Good at communication in English and Vietnamese
  3. No experience required. Fresh can be trained.
  4. Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel...)
  5. Working time: Monday - Friday
  6. Work location: Head Office, Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, HN


  • 2 day-off per week
