Job Description

- Receiving phone calls from external/internal

- Doing tasks related to office management & logistics arrangement

- Doing payment such as stationary, transportation, phone,…and support marketing team to do payment

- Managing expenses such as overtime, outlet visit,…

- Supporting Brand Team on E-Commercial Proposal Management System (ECPMS), Zycus system

- Other Admin tasks assigned by managers

Job Requirement

- University graduate in foreign language/business administration

 - At least 2-year experience in receptionist/ administration role

- Communication, organizing, interpersonal skills, soft and clear voice

- Customer service, time management and problem solving skills

- Reliable, accurate, patient, neat and tidy, self-confident

- Conversant with spoken and written English

- Good office skills (MS office, filing…)
