Job Description

  • Manage admin activities of offices & warehouse
  • Assist to develop, review and approve administrative and purchase procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operations in purchase and stores.
  • Managing supplies and stationeries
  • Arranging for business trips (booking tickets, accommodation and transportation)
  • To ensure the required working permits (Work Visa, Resident Permit, Work Permit) for the expatriates.
  • Work closely with Fin Dept to ensure compliance with all purchase procedures payment terms, preparation of financial etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

  • Experienced administrative, 3-5 years
  • Good computing. Good oral and written communication skills. 
  • Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload, multi-tasking ability. Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical). 
  • Personality: careful, hard-working, considerate, willing to learn, well-organized, attention to details, ability to work under pressure. Maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment
