Job Description

1. Prepare travel request, airline reservation, hotel booking and confirmation for visitors and PTC staff when required

2. Perform, follow-up and co-ordinate the provision and allocation of company vehicles

3. Maintain and keep an up to date list of supplier / provider in fields of electricity, telephone, mobile phone, water supply, hotel & restaurant, etc.

4. Co-ordinate with Admin Manager to troubleshoot any office equipment broken, damaged or out of service

5. Co-ordinate with Admin team in Hanoi Office to supply and issue of company uniforms to all staff in line with Company’s Uniform Policy.

6. Assist Administration Manager to identify vendors, getting quotation as to have the best choice for company

7. Make and keep daily, monthly reports on office expenses including telephone cost, mail cost, internet, letter, refreshment, vehicle management (by department).

8. Monthly update Administration Manager on the conditions of office facilities.

9. Partially purchase of goods/ services and office supplies for daily operation.

Job Requirement

University degree

At least 1-2 years working in the same field in a multinational companies

Being mature, responsible individual, enthusiastic.

Having pleasant personality and appearance.

Having good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills.

Excellent/Fluent English language skill (oral and written).
