Job Description

· Prepare and deliver the contract with related parties

· Conduct payment process for all related parties working with Golden in different projects

· Audit the financial claim from project teams to make sure integrity and transparency

· Complete internal and external liquidation process

· Manage general administrative duties (faxing, filing, copying, phone calls, meal booking, necessity booking)

Job Requirement

·         Attention to detail

·         College degree preferable in business or public relations, with 1year experience in PR industry/ agency is preferable

·         Good command of English and Computer skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment
