Job Description

  • Associate with MM admin team to administer in HR filed
  • Associate with MM administration team to administer and monitor financial issues
  • Ensure efficient operation of equipment and stationery
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting team leader


  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Monitoring/reporting meal and daily attendance on the system
  • Updating HR document management includes home leave ,customer visit , business trip…
  • Handling financial issues such as money advanced and return money (Receive, check & follow up all related VAT invoice)
  • Schedule meetings, support visitor: refreshment & meals and others help
  • Coordinating and supporting with other team such as : apply car, apply face detection , apply new email…
